All the cinema stalwarts who were seen making the film makers dizzy till yesterday, their films are not on the list of theaters to be released in theaters after the lockdown opens. It may also be that Motichur Chaknachur remains the last Nawazuddin Siddiqui film to be released in theaters. Because, after the release of his film Ghoomketu on OTT on Friday, the rest of his films are now expected to be released on OTT itself.

The career of Hindi cinema’s finest actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui is on the slope and the days of his appearing on the big screen are over. With the release of his film ‘Ghoomketu’ on an OTT platform on Friday, the news is that two more of his films ‘Bole Chudiyan’ and ‘Raat Akali Hai’ are also following the path of OTT. According to trade reports, both films have been completed and it is difficult to find a date for release in theaters after the lockdown in the Corona era.

But, given the current situation, it does not seem that for the next six months, one will come to theaters to watch movies. Rajesh says, “It may be that cinemas will open soon, but still people will be deterred by going to theaters.” They will fear that they will not get infection. If our film can hit 200 countries by releasing on OTT platform then why not release it on OTT itself. After all, we are also getting good money under the deal.

Apart from Bole Bangi, Honey Trehan, director of Nawazuddin’s film Raat Akali Hai, is also not in the mood to wait much longer for the release of this film. Raat Akela also stars Shweta Tripathi and Radhika Apte in the lead roles, but the names of these two faces are also expected to make the film seem initial at the box office. The makers believe that due to the current situation, the film will be released in theaters this year, it would be better to release it on the OTT platform itself.
