Bala Box Office Collection Day 4: Ayushmann's 'Bala' on Monday crosses 50 crore mark

Ayushmann Khurrana’s film Bala made his strong presence at the box office on Monday, after a tremendous performance in the opening weekend. The film has crossed a grand milestone of 50 crores in four days. According to trade experts, the trend of film collections is better than Ayushman’s previous film Dream Girl.

Released on November 8, Bala took an opening of 10.15 crore on Friday. The film’s collections boomed during the weekend. The film received 15.73 crores on Saturday and 18.07 crores on Sunday. The film collected 43.95 crores in the opening weekend itself. On Monday, Bala managed to achieve 8.26 crores. In this way, in 4 days of release, Bala has made a great collection of 52.21 crores. Today (November 12) collections are expected to increase due to the holiday of Guru Nanak Jayanti across the country. According to trade analysts, on the fifth day i.e. on Tuesday, Bala can collect more than 10 crores.

This is the second release of Ayushmann Khurrana this year. Earlier, Dream Girl collected a collection of 139.70 crores at the box office. Bala’s collections were lower than Dream Girl’s in the opening weekend, but on the fourth day of release, Bala has surpassed Dream Girl, which collected 7.43 crores. Considering this trend, it is believed that Bala may become Ayushman Khurana’s second 100 crore film in 2019.

Bala, directed by Amar Kaushik, is a romantic comedy film with a serious issue like pre-match bolding. Ayushmann plays the role of a young man in the film whose hair starts falling in his youth and almost gets balled. Because of this, there is turmoil in his life. Yami Gautam and Bhumi Pednekar played female lead roles in the film.
