The Delhi High Court has now given a big decision about the biopic ‘PM Narendra Modi’ based on the life of Prime Minister Narendra Modi (PM Narendra Modi). While hearing the petition filed in court against the film, the Delhi High Court has refused to grant stay on the release of PM Narendra Modi till the results of the Loksabha Elections 2019.
As of today’s news, the bench of Chief Justice Rajendra Menon and Justice Anup Jayaram Bhambhani rejected the petition while hearing the case. Fileing a petition against the film, it was said that letting it be released before the Lok Sabha election means that it violates the Code of Conduct. So stay on the film until the results of the election are held.
Please tell you that Vivek Oberoi is in the lead role of PM Modi in this film. Against this film, the Congress Party had also complained to the Election Commission. After this, the Election Commission asked the makers of the film to give their answer.
Apart from this, a petition was filed in the Delhi High Court about the film. Let us tell you that this film is directed by Omung Kumar and its release date is fixed on April 5, 2019.
