He walked away from his patient, but as the chairman headed towards the hospital, he ran into trouble. Dr. Ahn was being mentored by Young-Min as he got ready to become a senior physician. Ahn, however, was unaware of what Young-Min had done for him and thought Han Seung-Won had helped him sabotage the Chairman’s efforts. He worked with Seung-Won and turned on Young-Min before realising that by throwing him out after finishing his task, he had single-handedly destroyed any chance he had of becoming a successful doctor. Ahn understood his error but was unable to correct it, so he turned to his mentor for advice on how to regain his integrity and proceed in the right direction. Seung-Tak helped Young-Min locate him because she felt sorry for him. They came up with a strategy to depose Seung-Won and Min-Ho in a legal manner.
Seung-Won and Ahn met to discuss their future plans, and in the meanwhile, Ahn taped Seung-Won, providing concrete proof against them. Ahn later confessed and was sentenced to prison while also denouncing Min-Ho and Seung-Won. Along with Min-Ho and Seung-Won, he was detained, and the whole situation came to light. To protect the hospital and its patients, the arrests took place behind closed doors.
He claimed that Tess, which is short for Hippocrates, was a physician before he became a spirit. His real name was Oh Joo-Myung, and Seung-acquaintance Tak’s Oh Soo-Jung was his granddaughter.
