Seung-Tak was profoundly affected by this accident, which also left him without a father and with the capacity to communicate with spirits. Seung-Tak began working in the hospital after his mother, who served as the hospital’s director, and grandfather, who served as the institution’s chairman, demanded that he complete his internship there. After being prompted, he eventually acknowledged being able to view Young-Min while at work. He then made an agreement with Young-Min to do surgery on the patients for whom he had been guaranteed a safe procedure in addition to the emergency patients.
Seung-Tak and Young-Min both concentrated on the patients, but they soon realised there was a broader play going on. They learned that Young-accident Min’s was actually an effort to disrupt his operation against the Chairman rather than an accident. The Chairman’s surgery was successful, but those responsible for the deception gave him medications that caused him to remain in a coma. They also did not want Young-Min to awaken for fear that he would ruin everything. Both Young-Min and Seung-Tak make an effort to search thoroughly for information and leave no stone unturned in their pursuit of the criminals. Ahn understood his error but was unable to correct it, so he turned to his mentor for advice on how to regain his integrity and proceed in the right direction. Seung-Tak helped Young-Min locate him because she felt sorry for him. They came up with a strategy to depose Seung-Won and Min-Ho in a legal manner.
Seung-Won and Ahn met to discuss their future plans, and in the meanwhile, Ahn taped Seung-Won, providing concrete proof against them. Despite their love-hate relationship, Young-Min helped Seung-Tak overcome his anxieties and undergo many procedures after Young-accident. However, Young-Min was competitive and sought to accomplish his own genius on his own. Young-Min worked extremely hard and eventually succeeded in becoming recognised for his brilliance.

They were more alike than anything because of their resolve and agreement to aid those in need.
