Kazakhstan will send a representative to meetings of committees on the implementation of an agreement to reduce oil production between the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and countries outside the organization (OPEC +) in Baku, the press service of the Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan reports.
“The 27th meeting of the joint technical committee (JTC) and the 13th ministerial meeting of the joint monitoring committee (JMMC) of OPEC countries and non-OPEC members will be held March 17-18 in Baku. Participation in high-level meetings was confirmed by representatives from 14 countries. (…) It is expected that non-OPEC countries will be attended by the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak, the Minister of Energy of Kazakhstan Kanat Bozumbayev, ”the message said on Tuesday.
Also from non-OPEC countries, representatives from Sudan and Bahrain will arrive at the meeting
