Lockdown Can increase after May 17 - PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold talks with all state chief ministers tomorrow (Monday) at around 3 pm via video conferencing. The talks are expected to discuss a way out of the nationwide lockdown as well as the next phase of measures to deal with the corona.

It is expected that Prime Minister Modi will seek suggestions for lockdown during his talks with the Chief Ministers of all the states and further strategy will be considered. At the same time, the growing cases of corona will be reviewed.

It is to be noted that the third round of lockdown in the country due to Corona is coming to an end on May 17, in which case this meeting is considered very important. The Prime Minister’s Office has tweeted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold his fifth meeting with the state chief ministers tomorrow at 3 pm via video conferencing.
