Actor Ranjan Sehgal, who starred in film actor Randeep Hooda and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s film Sarabjit, died due to organ failure. According to a report, actor Ranjan Sehgal, a popular face of Punjabi and Hindi film industry, passed away. Ranjan Sehgal was seen in the film Sarabjit along with Randeep Hooda and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, he was 36 years old.

Ranjan is a famous Punjabi actor. He is known for playing pivotal roles in films like ‘Mahi NRI’ (2017), and ‘Yaaran Da Kachhap’ (2014). Sehgal, who originally hails from Chandigarh, completed his master’s degree in theater from Punjab University. Ranjan Sehgal has also worked in TV shows and acted in many popular television shows. Sehgal gained fame after his TV hit show Rishtan Se Bura … Pratha. The show gave the actor the necessary recognition in the industry, after which he also starred in many other television shows like Tum Dena Saath Mera, Gustakh Dil, Bhav Aur Jaane Kya Hoga Rama Re and Kuldeepak.

The late actor also worked in television shows like Savdhaan India and Crime Patrol. He mostly played the role of a police officer. It is said about the tragic and untimely demise of Ranjan Sehgal that he died due to multiple organ functioning. He was unwell for a long time. Ranjana Sehgal, who is fond of acting, got married on 24 February 2014 to costume designer Nivya Chhabra. The pair met on the sets of a Punjabi show and also worked on the show Tum Dena Saath.
