Bollywood film industry has received another major setback after actor Irrfan Khan. Bollywood veteran actor Rishi Kapoor died on Thursday at the age of 67 at HN Reliance Hospital in Mumbai. He was admitted to HN Reliance Hospital in Mumbai on Wednesday due to deteriorating health. His death has caused a big shock to his family and fans. Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan has informed about this by tweeting on his official Twitter handle. He wrote in a tweet, ‘He left … Rishi Kapoor is gone … I am finished!’

Rishi Kapoor was born on 4 September 1952 in Chembur, Mumbai. Rishi Kapoor is the son of Bollywood show Man i.e. Raj Kapoor. Rishi Kapoor’s Nick Name is Chintu. Rishi Kapoor has two brothers. Both Randhir Kapoor and Rajiv Kapoor are Bollywood actors.

Rishi Kapoor completed his early studies with his brothers at Campion School, Mumbai and further studies at Mayo College Ajmer. After this he started his career as a child artist in the year 1970 with the film ‘Mera Naam Joker’.

He was an Indian film actor-producer. Rishi Kapoor has been known as the chocolate hero of his era. Rishi Kapoor belongs to a family that has made a significant contribution to Bollywood.
