The case of death of film actor Sushant Singh Rajput is getting entangled day by day. On Thursday, the family of the late actor made several claims in his latest submission against Riya Chakraborty’s plea in the Supreme Court. The family of Sushant Singh Rajput has stated through his written submission that he does not trust the Mumbai Police at all. He has also added that the Bihar government has the right to investigate the FIR registered against Riya Chakravarty in Patna.

Advocate Vikas Singh, the family of Sushant Singh Rajput, has also said that it is more appropriate to refer the case to the CBI as two states are involved in the battle of jurisdiction as the Mumbai Police has not cooperated with the Bihar Police for investigation. It has also been alleged that the Mumbai Police humiliated the Bihar Police, while other important reports including autopsy, CCTV footage were also not shared with the Bihar Police and hence the CBI inquiry into the case for justice is completely legitimate.

Earlier, Sushant’s family had also shared an open 9-page letter alleging that the actor had been murdered and now the family was getting threatened. Sushant’s family has criticized the ongoing campaign to end the reputation after Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut questioned the late actor’s relationship with his family.
