Mumbai Police investigation in Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case is continuously moving forward. Police has recorded statements of Mukesh Chhabra, actor’s good friend and casting director. The Mumbai Police is also investigating the case with professional rival Angle. Five production houses can be queried for this.
Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide on 14 June at his Bandra residence in Mumbai. In the post-mortem, the reason for his death was explained by suffocation. Primary reports stated that he was under depression for the last six months, due to which he took this step. Some reports also said that lack of work was the reason for Sushant’s depression. After such reports, Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh had said that Sushant’s case would also be investigated with an angle of professional rivalry.
DNA quoted sources as saying that at least five production houses and producers in Mumbai can call the police to record the statement. During the investigation, it will be tried to know how many films went out of Sushant’s hand. Police has recorded the statement of Mukesh Chhabra, director of Sushant’s last film Dil Bechara. According to the report, Sushant’s mobile and laptop have been sent to the forensic lab for examination. So far, 11 people have been questioned in the case, including friends and family members.
